Hands on Food and Wine Boot Camp

Join us Oct 2nd 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th at Loudoun Valley Vineyards 4pm-7:30pm for an in depth hands on food and wine boot camp.  Participants will learn first hand from Executive Chef Zan Dial how to prepare each course before making their own.  

Wine Experts from the Award winning Loudoun Valley Vineyards will be on hand to explain how to pair wines with each course.  Each camp starts at 4pm with sign in starting a 3pm.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops with a Lemon Dill Butter Sauce paired with Chardonnay

Grilled Watermelon Salad with Local Goat Cheese and Balsamic Drizzle

Rosemary Seared Lamb Chops with Marscapone Garlic Smashed Potatoes and Red Wine Vinaigrette Green Beans
Paired with Pinot Noir

Fresh locally Made Tome and Dried Fruit

Pound Cake Pain Perdu with Fresh Berries and Creme Anglaise
Paired with Legacy

Participants must be at least 18 years old to cook and 21 years old to receive wine pairings.  Class size is very limited and reservations must be made by 5pm the Thursday before each class. Registration is $325 per person.  Cancellations must be made by 10am the Friday before each class
